Automation and Electronic devices Group Chief engineer  Designed and made the polyethylene film stretch equipment with remote control unit with my group.  Designed and made the thermoplastic-molding facility and produced some plastic parts for our main production with my group.  Realized chief ’s “Chromium - water cleaner unit” project for customer with my support group.

PCP rubber production “Kauchuk-2”. Polymerization Process Workshop. Instrumentation Work-group. Manager  Participated in start up of polymerization process with American specialists of ‘’Dupont’’ plant from Louisville KY.  After start up of polymerization process assisted the new staff of polymerization workshop in technological process realization.  Assisted the Process Central Control Room chemist staff in process control and realization.  Taught the new staff effectively to use local and control panel instrumentation.  Some of my suggestions improved the measurements quality of control instruments and laboratory analyses.  Managed and taught my staff to repair and adjust instrumentation, auto-manual valves, self-control valves and solenoid valves.
