Four Season hotel is one of the most famous and has the highest standards in hotels in Cyprus. I started to work in all departments. During my education in College of Tourism and Management, this was a great chance to get experience while studying. It helped me to understand how a hotel really works and get experience in general hospitality business. It was a lot of work, but I did everything to work all my free time during my training and study. I got the chance to develop my skills in public relation, marketing, front office and especially with VIP guests, housekeeping, F&B department, which became my favorite place to work and grow. I stared working in the café to see how the system works, banqueting, and finally in the restaurant, where I stared as waiter and finally became assistant of Maitre- d’hotel in one of the best restaurant in Cyprus – Mavromatis Gourmet Restaurant (a franchise from the French “Mavromatis»). I left because of completion of my education in Cyprus.
