1. Coordinate with visual merchandising team and analyze zone set up requirement for individual store category. 2. Change or rotate window displays, interior display areas, or signage to reflect changes in inventory or promotion and plan commercial displays to entice and appeal to customers. 3. Work with planning and operations department and develop ways to increase inventory through merchandising store capacity and load. 4. Develop visual presentations and window dressing to increase sales through visual impact. 5. Monitor competitors visual merchandising and window dressing techniques and incorporate effective techniques in business. 6. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for all marketed items. 7. Organize training workshops for visual merchandising and assist in setting up of training centers for same. 8. Coordinate with event and management team and prepare innovative strategies for display. 9. Participate in various trade shows and live events. Analyze trade requirement and design strategies with help of new visual ideas. 10. Train store management teams on current visual standards and guideline presentation. Conduct additional training for management and staff as needed. 11. Performing in company buying procedure and participate in international buying expos and fairs. 12. Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends. 13. Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products. 14. Member of collection selection team.
