- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities - Coordinating with cross-discipline teams to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules - Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards - Facilitating change requests and informing about the impacts on schedule and budget - Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders - Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities - Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and product roadmaps to document needs

- Data collection from internal and external sources - Data labeling according to the project requirements with a high level of accuracy - Quality assurance of all data sets - Support to the Data Science Team to improve the quality of the training data - Content analysis of German documents

- Preparation and analysis of Financial Statements - Budgeting and Planning - Maintenance of accurate financial data and reports for submission to senior management - Monthly invoice preparation and client communication

- Direct Marketing Expenses control, planning and reconciliation - Operational expenses monthly reviews, planning and variance analysis - Month-end closing accrual postings and purchase order releases - ROI pre and post evaluations for marketing promotions
