• Selection of right external training vendors and assessment of the course effectiveness; • Coordination of the management processes of the employees' performance; • Coordination of the implementation process of people development actions; • Scheduling and coordination of internal and external training processes; • Coaching others on the use of performance management tools; • Reinforcement of the coaching culture and the implementation of best practices; • Planning and conducting induction programs for new hired and new promoted employees. • Coordination of the recruitment process: creation of job profiles, announcements, participation in the resume selection process, interview, assessment and hiring of employees; • Selection of the best external recruitment alternatives; • Responsible for the appropriate use of recruitment tools; improving continuously and finding the best ways to hire talents from the market; • Preparation and training of the staff how to use recruitment tools; • Analyze employee’s company leaving information, such as reason, position, department, company entering and leaving dates, etc…; • Maintenance and operation the recruitment database.

• Determination of optimal strategies of recruitment, action plans and methods of provision of transparency, as well as continuous improvement of recruitment methodology; • Preparation of vacancy announcements and choice of optimal space for their placement; • Collection and elaboration of application from internal and external candidates; • Organization and realization of testing, interviews with internal and external candidates; • Preparation of and participation in vacancy fairs; • Participation in organization and coordination of students’ internship processes; • Selection of students and graduates from Universities for traineeship in appropriate subdivisions of the company; • Consultation with the employees and potential candidates concerning the questions of recruitment; • Assistance and realization of monitoring of admission in regional centers of the company; • Renewal and sustention of electronic/paper based database of candidates; • Holding exit interviews with leaving employees in Yerevan and Regional centers, entry into database and analysis of received information, periodical database renewal; • Realization of administrative works of the department: warehouse monthly orders, inventory control procurement needs; • Adaptation, realization and innovation of necessary policies and procedures of recruitment in accordance with existing standards of the company.

The mission of Bridge of Hope NGO is to protect the rights and dignity of children and youth with disabilities and their families, and support their social inclusion in the Republic of Armenia. • Working with children in need of special conditions, creation of individual development plan for them. • Working with parents of the children with disablities • Organization and selebration of events together • Preparation of monthly, semi-annual and annual reports

The program was about integration and education of children with disabilities in Secondary schools, a joint project with the “Bridge of Hope” NGO and Ministry of Education and Science. • Shadowing in the classes and mass and individual evaluation of secondary, intermediate and upper level pupils’ knowledge, skills and abilities in order to identify children with special needs • Creation of individual development plans for the children with special needs • Individual and group work with children in need of special conditions, their parents and teachers • Preparation of monthly, semi-annual and annual reports
