Regional Sales Manager in CIS Caucasus (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan)
Development and execution of annual strategies - sales plans and marketing activities separately for each business unit in Caucasus region considering the in-depth understanding of our customers’ needs, the market environment, resource availability and planning standards.
Actively take part in developing and implementing the portfolio selling concept - marketing plan and promotion strategy of new and existing products. Carry out of promo actions. Lead and support the pre-launch and launch activities, promotion and sales enablement by understanding the industries of Medical Equipment and Consumables and their requirements in order to meet sales and share results, optimizing available resources for increasing market penetration and profitability.
Development of profitable distribution strategies. Search, select, manage and develop dealers’ pool. Drawing of dealers’ annual sales and marketing agreements and monitoring the performance of contractual obligations. Close interaction with the distributors’ team, increasing the efficiency of sales’ teams through joint visits and field coaching, conducting regular product training for them. Implement of marketing activities together with dealers in cooperation with the company’s marketing team, directed at increasing the quantitative and qualitative products' distribution in order to achieve KPI / Sell-In and Sell-Out Plans. Organization of the process of products turnover, order acceptance, support of shipments. Follow up on payments and collection of accounts receivable on the entrusted territory on the basis of monthly reports. Stock management by brands. Monitor the overdue products and the prices. Preparation of recommendations related to the optimization of the range and schemes of discounts. Lead the joint project sales on complex equipment (the whole range of the company products) of health facilities, control and maintenance of all intermediate stages of the project.
Participation in budgeting, control expenditure items.
Weekly accurate update of sales forecast and report the expected orders. Create short-term and long-term of sales forecasts.
Establish and maintain professional working relationships on various level with key decision makers and stakeholders in procurement, healthcare authorities, leading experts regional KOLs in order to strengthen the image and effectively promote the company's products.
Develop and enhance the long-term partnership with key customers/end-users (B2B), identify their business needs and finding the ways to meet them, ensuring timely resolution to customers’ inquiries and complaints tactfully and professional manner and implement the business projects.
Focusing on conducting the educational events for customers - organize of marketing activities such as seminars, workshops, thematic conferences with KOLs to promote products.
Participation in various international and regional dental exhibitions, congresses, conferences. Meet with potential clients, provide them the technical and clinical consulting, and competitive advantages on products. Preparation and mailing of commercial offers, specifications, presentations.
Ensure cross functional work with strategy and planning and highly collaborate between all departments - Marketing, Sales, R&D, Purchase, Logistics and Finance within the company to drive innovation and translate challenges into effective business actions.
Permanently analyze the key competitors’ performance and market place for determining the development perspectives of the new project, conducting the comparative analysis of new project’s competitiveness.
Obtain and manage updated information about registration regulatory changes at regional level. Participation in registration of consumables.
Preparation of all necessary sales-related planning and reporting documents in Russian and English for creating an organizational archive for future efforts (daily managements, action plans, monthly and quarterly sales reports, marketing plans, regional business plans, annual strategic plan, SWOT analyses, PSP, CRM, etc.).
