The chief Accountant is in-charge of all accounting activities of both financial and management accounting. They are responsible for preparing financial and performance reports, assisting departments with annual budgets and reviews, internal control and tax studies.

- Oversee the preparation of journal entries, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts; - Provide record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions; - Balance books periodically and prepare profit and loss, income and balance sheet statements; - Oversee all accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, fixed assets, bank, payroll, employee expenses, etc.; - Prepare federal, state and local reports and tax returns; - Interpret reports and records for managers; - Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors; - Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions; - Ensure that strict internal controls are complied with and maintained in all aspects of the organization; - Perform other relevant duties as may be required by immediate supervisor.

- Implement financial analyses and control; - Responsible for the supervision and control of material resources' movement; - Account fixed assets and inventory; - Check daily sales entries and withdrawals; - Prepare invoices; - Responsible for cash operations control; - Report to the Director on a weekly and monthly basis; - Register warehouse entries and withdrawals; - Carry out inventory tasks of warehouses; - Perform other duties related to the position. - Account receivables and payables;
