Lead a team of 13 developers in the agile development of an e-commerce platform, focusing on both B2B and B2C functionalities. I drive product roadmap prioritization, feature development, and release planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute product requirements. Key accomplishments include the development of a mobile Merchant application, revamping shipment management with multi-shipment logic and carrier integration, and created dynamic payment gateway configurations to enhance merchant flexibility. I managed the launch of advanced features such as subscription products, digital gift cards, configurable search engines, and rental service enhancements, significantly expanding the platform’s capabilities.  Additionally, I created the app to transform the platform into a multi-seller marketplace, implementing features to support seller onboarding, product management, and streamlined payouts.
