Managing company’s day to day operations, preparing financial and statistical reports for Board of Directors, planning and implementing new developments of the company, preparing yearly and monthly budgets, organizing all required technical inspections from local and international authorities, ordering all required spare parts and required equipment for ropeway, increasing the level of service of the company, adding new commercial services to existing ones. EMAC CJSC has over 70 employees (mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, service personnel (ropeway and restaurant), security personnel, etc…). I was organizing different types of trainings for each field. Our company is a member of “Tatev Revival Committee”, which is preparing, organizing and regulating all developments of that region (9 villages and Tatev monastery restoration).

Fondex Commercial has 7 fast food locations (AFC, SFC), 2 café houses (Segafredo), Gaucho steakhouse, Omega night club and Plenner beerhouse.
