Country HR and Administrative Manager
• Manage and supervise HR and admin resources of the organisation;
• Ensuring sufficient and efficient usage of human resourcing;
• Drive talent management and leadership development strategies, tools and processes in the disciplines of performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, coaching, development planning, and competency identification to develop leaders;
• Employee engagement: developing employee recognition strategies and sponsoring key initiatives to promote and sustain a culture of service excellence, overseeing overall production of internal communications, events and programs materials to reach diverse employees of various levels of education;
• Business plan/budget planning and management, cost control in line with set HR KBIs;
• Compensation and payroll, workforce rewards and motivation systems management ensuring balanced approach to the employee appropriate stimulation vs. cost optimization targets;

• Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, staff transportation, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering/cafeteria operations, waste disposal and recycling;
• Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation;
• Keeping staff safe; welbeing and Occupational Safety programs coordination (Doctor’s office);

• Employee engagement break through results Index= 93% for 2016; introduced Engagement action plans monitoring system;
• Introduced Vacation day/pay minimisation system (40%);
• Introduced Compensation and Benefit policy, Uniform allocation policy to adhere to equal and fair treatment;
• Successful pass of Integrated Annual Sustainability Report audit;
• Business process/HR structure optimization to create back-ups ensuring non-disruptive operations by lean structure while preserving employee energy;
• Attendance/Pay Slips new automation system saving up 2.5 h/week and reducing recalculations to "0" ;
• Introduced position –tailored Employee on-boarding programs based on survey results;
• Coordinated successful HR transformation in Armenia Business Unit;
HR process and statutory audit and improvement
to provide full adherence to the legislation:
• Individual filing and archiving, HR SAP and 1C data refreshment for accuracy and validity;

• HR processes audit and fixing against London Stock exchange HR controls and company KPI;
• Talent Acquisition and Employee Branding: time to fill diversified by job category, overall KPI reduced from ave. 28 days to 16 and 13.
