- Conduct trainings and new presentations for teachers - Control lesson planning process and present the lesson planning per semester to the direct manager - Organizing and managing daily work of English teachers (lesson teaching plans, guides and other tools) - Planning and leading fun and engaging lessons that focus on practicing spoken English with large classes of pupils ranging from kindergarten to school level.

- Organize and manage daily work of Training and Communication team - Present the training planning for Customer Care employees per semester to the direct manager - Ensure on time delivery of necessary trainings to both new and existing staff of Customer Care Department - Ensure updated, on time and correct communication within Customer Care Department - Cooperate effectively with other departments, particularly with Marketing, for information exchange and dissemination - Edit SMS and mail texts, being sent to customers from Customer Care Department, developing different customer service scripts

- Escalating customers issues to appropriate departments and follow up the solutions. - Conduct local and international benchmarks. - Analyze and propose new solutions for improving caring process through social network. - Develop reports on weekly and monthly basis. - Care on Facebook by replying to the inquiries, requests, feedbacks and complains of our customers and users - Escalate the complains received on Facebook to the appropriate teams - Analyze competitors official pages and offering new solutions to animate and promote our page - Organizing and conducting actions like quizzes - Prepare and conduct trainings for customer care department on webchat - Make web chat assessments to evaluate front line agents’ quality, analyze results and make coaching - Report on monthly basis to direct supervisor or manager based on need, social media reporting track - Be responsible for other tasks related to the domain
