Our studio gives game studios all the tools they need to build player-driven economies utilizing the blockchain as an open and decentralized database. This platform includes products such as login and multi-chain inventory management (Faraway Connect), payments (Faraway Checkout), as well as a number of game-specific meta features with the blockchain complexity abstracted behind traditional APIs and includes products such as Creator Suite (UGC content submission and management), Primary Shop & Creator Storefronts, and our Secondary Marketplace

The Role

Faraway is looking for a Senior Producer to join our Platform Rift team. A core component of the ecosystem is $RIFT, a token designed not only as a medium of exchange, but also to power artificial intelligence (AI) agents. These agents can participate in complex economies within the blockchain thanks to the Rift Platform, a tool that functions as a module marketplace where developers can enhance the agents' capabilities. These enhancements include validating blockchain nodes, creating NFT art, and making token transactions, among others.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the team’s product development from concept through launch; this means not just designing the product, but also working with engineers to decompose and manage its development from ideation through launch;
• Design product user flows and work closely with the engineering team to determine the trade-offs between different product decisions and how to version the release of different features;
• Create or adjust the team’s roadmap based on customer feedback or market trends;
• Research and deeply understand users needs; always stay ahead of market developments in both the gaming and crypto spaces.

What's Important to Us

• You must be passionate about blockchain, creator economies, and how blockchain technologies can improve and influence both;
• 7+ years of experience as a Product/Producer or Program Manager; experience in gaming or crypto;

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, AI-agents/swarms;

• Understanding of Web3 principles, such as decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenomics, and NFTs;

• Experience in developing and launching products in the Web3;

• Ability to work closely with technical teams to design and implement features and systems that both our users and Platform partners depend on;
• Deep understanding of web3 technologies with a passion for products designed to support and grow a vibrant creator economy;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, excelling in an asynchronous environment like Slack;
• You thrive in small teams, enjoy having significant ownership over the product roadmap, and are comfortable making strategic decisions;
• You make decisions based on what’s best for the company, the product, and our partners, and use data wherever possible to support your opinions.

• You have started your own company before and understand the drive and proactive work ethic needed to excel in a startup environment;
• You are comfortable working in a very international team; our team’s main spoken languages are English and Russian;
• You are extremely comfortable with and seek out talking to your customers when you are designing a product;
• You have previously worked as an engineer or have a solid understanding of the technical aspect of product development.
