Junior Delivery manager for the Support Team

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Delivery manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in Level 2 Technical Support and basic coding skills. You will play a key role in managing and streamlining integrations between our internal and external tools, ensuring seamless operations and efficiency.

​​​​​​​Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the integration of internal and external tools to support business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tools and systems are effectively aligned with company goals.
  • Write and debug minor code to enhance or modify existing systems and integrations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for integrations, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Monitor integration performance and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks.
  • ​​​​​​​Assist in planning and executing projects, tracking milestones, and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize system integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in Level 2 Technical Support or similar roles.
  • Programming knowledge and experience: Python + Flask / Django / FastAPI.
  • Experience writing web applications for internal use.
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines.
  • ​​​​​​​Knowledge and experience using Intercom, Telegram, Slack.
  • Experience with integration platforms like Zapier, Workato, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL.
  • Previous experience working with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • English language at least level B2.
