What you’ll do:

  • Handle user enquiries

  • Prepare regular reports on received enquiries

  • Keep FAQ articles up to date

  • Interact with the product team

  • Identify patterns in user enquiries

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience working as a Customer Support Agent

  • A love for games and a genuine interest in the gaming industry

  • Ability to quickly find solutions in non-standard situations and maintain a high level of service under stressful conditions

  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and a high level of self-discipline

  • Ability to work night shifts
