What you’ll do:

Handle user enquiries

Prepare regular reports on received enquiries

Keep FAQ articles up to date

Interact with the product team

Identify patterns in user enquiries
What you need to succeed:

Experience working as a Customer Support Agent

A love for games and a genuine interest in the gaming industry

Ability to quickly find solutions in non-standard situations and maintain a high level of service under stressful conditions

Attention to detail, responsibility, and a high level of self-discipline

Ability to work night shifts
